Internship Overview
An internship with Soul Harvest Ministries will introduce you to the aspects of outreach ministry
Internship will range from 6 months to a year. We aim to treat our interns with respect and trust, and to provide a ministry experience that is safe, fulfilling and enjoyable.
Interns are expected to adhere to our standards of professionalism and work ethics during their stay with us in Alaska. Being very flexible and open to new challenges are necessary traits to exhibit when working with customers. Likewise, it is imperative that our interns act professionally and in good faith towards our café and ministry staff and host families. As a courtesy, we expect our interns to help out with light chores as may be needed in the host home.

As part of the internship program, our interns are expected to contribute to the overall Christian mission set forth by Soul Harvest Ministries. Such opportunities can include outreach event planning, blogging, teaching Bible studies, organizing and conducting community prayer walks, etc.
Accommodations
Soul Harvest Ministries provides non-Ketchikan resident interns with safe and comfortable housing with a host family.
Interns are responsible for covering the cost of airfare to and from Ketchikan, Alaska, for their personal needs and food expenses during their internship. Any other needs can be discussed with the Internship Program Director.
Soul Harvest Ministries does not provide Health or Dental Insurance.
